Homer Watson House & Gallery invites you to attend

Kitchener Waterloo Society of Artists (KWSA)
Annual Juried Exhibition:Colour Dance

Featuring a solo exhibit by Stephanie Fehrenbach:
Flora: Organic Abstracts

March 21 - May 3, 2015

Homer Watson House & Gallery is proud to host Kitchener-Waterloo Society of Artists' annual Show.KWSA was established over 80 years ago to foster the development of the visual arts community. This arts organization brings together people of all levels of artistic achievement, from emerging artists to professionals.  This year's exhibition, Colour Dance, will be juried by Deirdre Chisholm, Director|Curator of the Norfolk  Arts Centre and a graduate from the Ontario College of Art with a masters in Fine Art from Concordia University.

Each year a member of KWSA is awarded a solo exhibit for his/her achievements in Visual Arts.  This year the feature artist is Stephanie Fehrenbach, Flora: Organic Abstracts. Fehrenbach paintings are inspired by patterns and shapes in everyday life. While focusing on aesthetics of painting, Stephanie finds the ebb and flow of movement within nature and applies loose brushwork and dashes of bold oil colour to produce a vibrant interpretation of beauty and rhythm.

We welcome members and guests to join us for the following events:

Opening Reception on March 22, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm
Artists' Talk on April 18, 2015 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm
