Gingerbread houses

I count myself extremely blessed to be a creative person.  I get into a blissful state when I am creating.  Even better is when my creativity can be used to help or bless someone.  My husband and I work with a young adult group in our church.  We decided to build gingerbread houses and then auction them to raise money for a group of kids that are going on a mission trip to Mexico on the Christmas break.  The auction was held this morning and raised $215.00
The house that I helped build is the top picture.  I have to brag.  That house sold for $100.00  How cool is that!
Everyone had a lot of fun the evening we spent building the houses.  I think it was a win win situation for all involved.
